It's tough to explain but when people hear clearly, the difference between methods of preaching, it helps tremendously spot and discern how mindsets get formed after long periods of time (years and decades even) as many are subjected to either one of the other.
In the first audio link, no mention of Jesus at all. Even sounds as if this preacher is angry for some reason.
People say, he loves his congregation by being so harsh.
As I see it, he'd love them more if he'd consistently give them both. God's Law followed by God's gospel.

Compare this to this video. Jesus and the cross have a more brief appearance in this but it's enough to have the hearer walk away being greatly convicted, of their sin but equally, if not more, rejoicing, over God's gospel.
It's differences are subtle, and that's what makes it so deceiving.
